Delivery and Packaging

What delivery methods do we offer?

We provide delivery services through Royal Mail. You will be prompted to choose your preferred method at checkout.

The express delivery fee is £2.41.

Orders using UK Express Delivery must be placed by 12 pm on standard business days (excluding weekends or bank holidays).

*This may change occasionally due to temporary promotional activities.

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed using UK Standard Delivery are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and typically arrive within three working days.

UK Express Deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. If you order by 12 pm Monday to Friday, it should arrive within one working day. Orders placed after 12 pm on business days (or on Saturday, Sunday, or bank holidays) will be shipped on the next working day and should be delivered on the second working day after placing your order.

Can orders be delivered to multiple addresses?

If you wish to split items in your order across multiple addresses, please email hi@jarkachiccollectionsltd.shop immediately after completing your purchase. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply.

The best way to ensure your goods are delivered to the correct addresses is to place multiple separate orders.

Can I change my delivery address after the order is confirmed?

If you made a mistake and need to amend your delivery address, please email hi@jarkachiccollectionsltd.shop with the correct address immediately after completing your purchase.

What should I do if my delivery is delayed?

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please email hi@jarkachiccollectionsltd.shop with your order reference number. Please note that Royal Mail services can experience delays beyond our control during busy periods, particularly around the Christmas shopping peak.

Can I track my order?

If you would like to track the delivery progress after dispatch, please email hi@jarkachiccollectionsltd.shop with your order reference number no earlier than 12 hours after receiving your dispatch notification email, and we will send you your tracking reference number.

What packaging will my order come in?

Orders are hand-wrapped in beautiful tissue paper (100% recyclable, made from high-recycled, chlorine-free pulp), packaged in kraft mailers or brown cardboard boxes (both 100% recyclable), and sealed with branded masking tape. Our tissue paper, mailers, boxes, and branded tape are all recyclable. If you order fragile items, additional packaging may be included inside the mailer to ensure their safety.

Can my order include a gift receipt?

Good news, we do not disclose price information in any deliveries. Orders are shipped with a packing slip indicating the delivery name and address, billing name and address, and the names and sizes/colours of the products included in the order. If you are shopping for someone else, your name and address will appear under the billing details, making it easy for the recipient to identify the gift giver, and your recipient's name and address will appear under the delivery details.

Do I need to sign for my order?

No, you don't. Although Royal Mail usually requires signatures for certain services, they are currently running a non-contact delivery programme. Please visit the Royal Mail website for more information on current delivery practices.

Do you offer free international shipping?

Unfortunately, we do not offer free international shipping at this time.

Returns and Cancellations

How to Return Online Orders:

Using Royal Mail Free Postal Returns: We offer free returns via Royal Mail, which allows you to log your return online and track its delivery.

To apply for a return via Royal Mail, please click here.

To start the return process, you will need your email address and order number. Then, you need to specify the items you wish to return and select the most appropriate reason for returning them.

Once you have submitted your return request, our team will contact you to confirm the next steps. If your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email directing you to your Royal Mail label.

Returning via Other Couriers: If you choose to use other postal services, please note that you (the customer) will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the items. Our return address is 3 Gerard St, Liverpool, United Kingdom, L3 3JW. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit when sent via other couriers.

How long do I have to return items?

You have 30 days (from the date of delivery of your order) to send your items back to us and/or return your items in-store. To support our efforts in reducing waste and ensuring each JARKA CHIC COLLECTIONS LTD piece goes to someone who values and cares for it, we ask that you process and return any unwanted orders as soon as possible.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

Please note, you will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the items, and their safe delivery will be your responsibility.

Can I exchange items?

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size (e.g., you need a medium instead of a large), please email hi@jarkachiccollectionsltd.shop with your order number and exchange request, and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you wish to order a different product, you will need to return the item and place a new order online. We recommend doing this promptly to ensure the availability of the desired item.

What if I lose my return label?

Don't worry, we are here to help. Please email hi@jarkachiccollectionsltd.shop, and we will assist you in obtaining a new label.

How long will it take to get a refund?

Returns will be processed directly to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return parcel (this usually happens faster in practice).

Will the original shipping charges be refunded?

If you are returning all items in the order, your refund will include the original shipping charges. If you are returning part of an order, only the cost of the returned items will be refunded.

What should I do if I think there is an issue with the item I purchased?

Please email hi@jarkachiccollectionsltd.shop, and we will investigate the matter promptly. When emailing, please provide your order number and a summary and photo of the issue.

Can I cancel my order before it is shipped?

Please email hi@jarkachiccollectionsltd.shop with your order number, full name, address, and telephone number. If you can provide a reason for cancellation, it would be helpful to us.

Sizing

Where can I find sizing information?

All product pages include sizing and/or measurements to help you make the right choice, whether you are purchasing a dress, handbag, or candleholder. We also hand-measure the length of each garment to help you find the perfect fit. You can find these measurements on our product pages, along with useful tips about the shape and fit of each piece and the model's dimensions.

Can I consult someone for product information and advice?

Absolutely - your appearance is our passion, and we are always here to help. Other

Do I need to create an account to place an order online?

You do not need to create an account to shop with us. However, you can choose to save your details for future use at checkout. Doing so will allow you to:

  • View your order history and payment records.
  • See the fulfilment status and track the delivery of any live orders (if applicable).
  • Update your account addresses.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Of course, simply check the store availability of the item on any individual product page and call us during business hours with the item's style. Our team will be happy to assist you.

How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter or update my contact preferences?

To unsubscribe from our newsletters, simply click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any newsletter you receive from us (these newsletters will be sent from hi@jarkachiccollectionsltd.shop).

To update your contact details and/or preferences for the newsletter, click the "Preferences" button at the bottom of the newsletter.

If you would like us to do this for you, please leave a message at hi@jarkachiccollectionsltd.shop, and we will confirm when your request has been fulfilled.
